Apollo Sheet Metal delivers manufacturing services from its two-building, 70,000-square-foot facility in Coquitlam.
The facility houses a full duct line, a 20-foot coil feed plasma table, a waterjet insulation cutting table, a 12-foot x 6-foot, high-definition plasma table (capable of cutting mild steel up to 1-1/2" thick) and three spiral machines allowing the company to take on any size project at any time with ease.
In 1992, the company moved into “Apollo 1,” a 34,000-square-foot, custom-built shop that would become the first in a three-building development that launched the business into high production.
Some of the company’s equipment highlights include angle rolling capabilities for pipe flanges, a 17-foot press, a 12-foot shear, and Davi 6ft hydraulic computerized rolls. Three overhead cranes in each building mean no job is too large for Apollo Sheet Metal to complete on time and on budget.
Apollo Sheet Metal employs cutting edge technology for precision and a streamlined process on every job. The company uses Trimble estimation software, Revit/Navisworks for detailing and Autodesk CAMduct for direct downloading to the plasma tables.
